If you have a friendly smile, like talking to people and can commit to a regular shift once weekly then we need you to complete our team.
Our receptionists are the first person that our clients see when they come into the bureau so you need to be brilliant at meet and greet and able to make our clients feel welcome.
We offer full training, a lovely friendly team spirit, peer support and appreciation. No pay but lots of chocolate biscuits, lollies and little surprises along the way.
You need to be reliable and able to commit to one shift each week during our opening hours. Either 9-12.30pm or 12.30pm - 4pm on one day each week.
There is some admin involved with simple database entry and taking phone messages. This is a great position if you are new to the country and want to improve your language skills and get to understand kiwi culture or if you need to up-skill to find employment. Full training and support given.
Friendly personality, reliable, trustworthy and able to work in a confidential environment.
Basic computer skills, pleasant telephone manner and able to use own initiative.
Team player and also able to work unsupervised.
