Minute Taker for Disability Resource Centre

“DRC’s mission is to promote independence by offering a quality service to enhance inclusion in the community.” Currently we meet monthly via zoom or in person at the Disability Resource Centre on occasion. The Secretary is responsible for: Ensuring meetings are effectively organised and minuted. Maintaining effective records and administration. Gathering board papers and sending them out to trustees. Liaising with both the General Manger and the Board Chair. This role is for Minute Taking only and is a non-speaking role.

Requirements:

Well organised, precise english and administration skills

A Police background check is required for this role.
