A fun opportunity to come and Volunteer at Outfield Music, Food & Arts Festival

We have a number of roles available such as:-
Waste Warrior - help the site stay clean + assist with recycling
Parking Warden - help assist with parking cars + loading buses
Gate Staff - help scan tickets + check ID's + apply wristbands
Media Assistant - capture photos / videos of the event
Bus Warden - scan bus tickets + apply wrist bands
Artist - create art to bring the site to life
Site Build - help build the festival site before/after the event
Cradled by the rolling hills and meadows of a picturesque farm in Te Awanga Downs, Outfield Festival is a celebration of music, food, arts and community, all delivered with sunny Hawkes Bay spirit.

Requirements:

There is an application form for interested people to complete which helps our Volunteer Manager coordinate roles when you register. Schedules for the day will be sent to you once your interest is submitted.

Volunteers are welcomed over the age of 16, however if they are under-18 they will need to have a parent or legal guardian attend the event with them.

Time commitment:

We are hoping that Volunteers will only work for 2 x 3 hour shifts, meaning they are able to enjoy the other 6 hours of the event to themselves! Date: 11 February 2023.
