Our advocates provide information, assistance and advocate on behalf of our clients.
Full training and ongoing support is provided.
Approx 4 to 8 hours per week on a roster basis, according to your availability. A high level of empathy and good listening skills are needed when dealing with clients.
Attendance at meetings and training sessions will be arranged as necessary.
Our offices are in Napier and Hastings.
