Minute Taker Required

Are you articulate, precise and a good listener with good writing skills?

Then we would like you to consider joining our meetings as our minute taker.

We would appreciate someone that can produce accurate data, publish the minutes and distribute to our members via email or post within 7 days.

Our meetings are held on the third Tuesday of the month in Hastings at 9.30am for approximately 2 hours.

Shorthand would be an advantage but not necessary. Other additional meetings are sometimes required including the AGM.

This role may lead to a paid position.
