Birthright HB Child & Family Care requires caring supervisors for supervised contact visits on the weekends.
Birthright HB Child & Family Care is a professional and confidential service offering an holistic social service to families whilst maintaining the care, protection, welfare and best interests of the child or young person.
The venues can be at Birthright's Napier or Hastings offices, or one of two Early Childhood Centres. On occasion, and when safe a visit could happen in the community, for example, at Cornwall Park or Anderson Park, or at the skate park.
This position may become a casual paid position.
Saturday and Sundays between 8.30am at the earliest and 4.30pm at the latest.
Friendly, empathetic and kind, must love children and care for their wellbeing.
The dynamics and situations are different for every family, and the volunteer will be supported by the Practice Manager. Training will be provided.
