Charitable purpose:
Our mission is to reduce deaths from breast cancer by pushing new frontiers in early detection, treatments and support.
We do this through raising awareness and education; funding research and clinical trials; training of medical professionals; funding special equipment for hospitals; supporting patients with a breast nurse helpline and a web-based patient community network moderated by breast nurses.
We provide counselling and rehabilitation support and also advocate to the government for world-class treatments and care for all New Zealanders with breast cancer.
