Family Violence Intervention and Prevention (Family VIP) Services, (formerly Hastings and Napier Women's Refuges) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to helping Hawke’s Bay Families to live free from violence. Our services are designed to create an environment which protects, guides, and supports families affected by violence and abuse.
