Society of St Vincent de Paul - needs Truck Driver Assistants

We are needing helpers to go out on the trucks with our drivers to either pick up goods for our shop or drop off goods that have been sold. With Cyclone Gabrielle there is an increased in the number of pick up and drop -offs required.

Requirements:

Must be fit and able to lift heavy furniture
Friendly and personable
Reliable
Adaptable
Must be able to work in with many volunteers as part of our big team.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

This will normally be a 9am start and finishing at 12.00
This may need to vary slightly depending on the number of jobs on the day
